Report informs citing 1tv.ge that OSCE special coordinator, Head of OSCE short term observation mission Kristian Vigenin said.
According to Christian Vigenin, the OSCE sent the largest observer mission to the presidential elections.
"We are observing the elections, we express solidarity to the Georgian people. We want to be sure that these elections are held free and fair. We have a very objective assessment. We expect that the elections will be peaceful. We hope that the Georgian people will have the opportunity to participate in the elections, and the result will be consistent with their will. This is our mission and task," said Christian Vigenin.
Presidential elections are being held in Georgia today. The country has opened 3 thousand 648 polling stations.
