Luhansk centre captured by armed people - VIDEO

Baku. 21 November. REPORT.AZ/ The centre of Luhansk was captured by armed people, they block entry and exit from administrative buildings, Report informs citing Russian media.

It was noted that no one is allowed into the administrative building of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR).

There are no recognition badges for the invaders.
