German MP Frank Schwabe was biased against Azerbaijan, while now, the masks are torn and he cannot hide his position, the Chairman of the International Relations and Interparliamentary Relations Committee of the Milli Majlis (National Parliament of Azerbaijan), Samad Seyidov, told Report.
The chairman stated that Schwabe's actions are political terrorism: "First of all, the mentioned politician tramples international legal norms. Secondly, he acts contrary to the requirements of the European Council, which he represents. If I were the chairman of the European Council, I would seriously condemn that person."
The MP also pointed out that the views voiced by the politician are not only baseless, but also a part of the campaign against Azerbaijan: "This is a manifestation of Azerbaijan-phobic, Islamophobic and Turkophobic rhetoric at the same time."
Meanwhile, Frank Schwabe made groundless accusations against Azerbaijan in his X social network account.
Frank Schwabe, a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) from Germany, is a political terrorist who destroyed the idea of European integration, Head of the National delegation of Azerbaijan to the PACE, Samad Seyidov wrote on X social network, Report informs.
“Schwabe has revealed his true face. He's a mercenary politician, bringing shame upon himself, his country, and the Council of Europe. He's a political terrorist, illegally seizing power in PACE and destroying not only this organization but also the European integration idea,” Seyidov noted.
