Guaido contracts coronavirus

Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaido said on Saturday that he had contracted a new type of coronavirus, Report informs, citing TASS.

"I want to responsibly inform the country that after four days of being in quarantine, I have tested positive for COVID-19," he tweeted.

On Thursday, Venezuelan authorities launched a criminal investigation against Guaido on charges of embezzling state funds intended to combat the coronavirus spread.
