Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lachin road for the passage of two vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
According to Report's correspondent covering the protests, two passenger cars moved freely from Khankandi to Lachin.
The protest participants do not hinder the movement of vehicles used for humanitarian purposes.
