The return of Fuzuli residents to their homeland and providing them with housing is an important step, Claire Gribbin, a traveler from the USA, told Report in Shusha.
Claire Gribbin emphasized that she greatly enjoyed visiting Azerbaijan:
"I love mountains and nature, so I was excited when I saw these areas. It's simply amazing to see such great work done in such a short time. Especially, I was pleased to see people who previously lived there being relocated back to Fuzuli and given homes. I think this is a very important project. Shusha is amazing."
The American traveler also shared her thoughts about certain facts she learned about Azerbaijan's history:
"Azerbaijan was the first state in the East to give women the right to vote. This is very interesting information, something I didn't know before. So I can say that I learned a lot about Azerbaijan thanks to this trip.
This is one of the oldest regions in the world. One of the things I learned before coming on this trip was that Azerbaijan is a country inclined toward development, forward-looking, and trying to create peace in the region."
