Traveler from Sweden: Mountains of Karabakh resemble Sweden

The mountains of Karabakh resemble Sweden, Swedish traveler Andreas Frick, who is visiting the liberated territories of Azerbaijan as part of a group of travelers led by Club 100 board member Bengt Hildebrand, told journalists, Report informs.

“It is very interesting to be right on the border with Iran, near the Khudaferin bridge, which connects Azerbaijan with this country. I would like to look at life on the other side of the bridge, in Iran,” he said.

He noted that Karabakh has great tourism potential.

“I managed to visit 100 countries, and I saw the ruins in many places, conflict zones, for example, when I was in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in 1993-1994, where the bloody events took place in Srebrenica. But there are no such ruins anywhere,” he said.
