Toivo Klaar: Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia engaged in substantive process of negotiations

The Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia are engaged in substantive process of negotiations, Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia, said on Twitter.

"Important meeting yesterday between Armenian and Azerbaijani foreign Ministers in Washington," Klaar tweeted.

"It is encouraging that Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov are engaged in a substantive process of negotiations for a bilateral peace treaty," the head of state said.
