Situation in Karabakh to be mulled within OSCE Ministerial Council meeting

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will take part in the 28th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, which will be held in Stockholm on December 2-3, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a weekly briefing, the Russian bureau of Report informs.

Zakharova stated that during the meeting the participants will discuss the prospects of the organization in the military-political, economic-ecological and humanitarian dimensions, the problems of helping to resolve conflict situations in the OSCE area, as well as the situation in Karabakh.

“We expect that the discussion will contribute to the restoration of an atmosphere of trust and a culture of dialogue and will help improving the fight against transnational threats and develop a consensus approach on topical issues,” Zakharova added.
