Shoigu: UN did not respond to our proposal to participate in demining Karabakh

The UN has not responded to Russia's offer to participate in the demining of Nagorno-Karabakh, said Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu.

"There (meaning the liberated territories - Report) is completely mined. The population cannot return there. Has anyone returned? No one yet," the Russian minister noted.
