The Azerbaijani government is investing heavily in the restoration of the liberated territories, co-chair of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center Ismail Serageldin said opening the international event “Reconstruction, Reconciliation and Integration: Energy, Economy, Environment and Equity” in Azerbaijan’s Shusha, Report informs.
“We are in Karabakh for the third time. It is wonderful to see how actively these territories are being restored. The Azerbaijani government is investing heavily in their reconstruction,” Serageldin said.
He noted that the future and restoration of the environment in Karabakh contributes to economic growth.
He also emphasized that green and renewable energy is a sustainable path for the nation and the region as a whole.
