SBS: Armenia committed provocation on border

Armenian media reported today that the Azerbaijani side committed sabotage on the Azerbaijani-Armenian border in the direction of the Gazakh region, as a result of which a soldier of the Armenian armed forces was wounded. Report informs citing the press service of the State Border Service that the information about sabotage by the military SBS does not reflect reality.

"Since the morning of March 6, Armenian armed forces units located near the villages of Sevkar and Saryguyug in the Ijevan region of Armenia subjected to intense fire our border combat posts in the direction of the Jafarli village of Gazakh region with large-caliber weapons and sniper rifles.

"Azerbaijani side prevented the enemy sabotage, and suppressed the Armenian armed forces by retaliatory fire," the SBS said.
