The Russian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement on the anniversary of signing the trilateral agreement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on November 10, 2020.
Official Moscow supports the effective use of the existing potential of the international community, taking into account the changed regional realities.
Thus, Russia is ready to assist in starting negotiations on the demarcation of the Azerbaijani-Armenian border:
"The November 10 statement noted a critical provision - the unblocking of all economic and transport links in the region. We believe that the long-term solution to the problem is to begin the process of delimitation of the Azerbaijani-Armenian-state border and its subsequent demarcation.
"At the parties' request, Russia is ready to provide the necessary advisory assistance, give the essential cartographic material, and share its rich experience of demarcation with other countries."
