"Such a handsome 13-year-old young gentleman with full love for life and great dreams about the future is Mayakov Artur Vkladimirovich, a Russian citizen who was seriously wounded on October 17 after the Armenian missile strike on Ganja. He was a guest at his auntie. Today he has died," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said on his Twitter page.
