Russia appoints new commander for peacekeeping contingent temporarily stationed in Azerbaijan

Major General Kulakov Kirill Denisovich was appointed the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent temporarily stationed in Azerbaijan, Report informs, referring to the Ministry of Defense of Russia.

Kulakov was born on July 20, 1969. Since March 2017, he has been the head of the Kazan Higher Tank Command School.

His predecessor, Colonel-General Alexander Lentsov, was appointed on April 25 of this year, replacing Andrey Volkov.
