"We took back Aghdam, Kalbajar and Lachin districts without a single shot," President Ilham Aliyev said at the 5th Congress of the World Azerbaijanis.
"Thus, we have resolved the issue by military-political means. I repeat: alone, without any mediator," the head of state said.
