"Azerbaijani side, in accordance with the provisions of the trilateral Statement dated November 10, 2020, repeatedly brought up the issue of the withdrawal of the Armenian armed forces and illegal Armenian military units from the country's territories. But this obligation is not fulfilled by Armenia, various excuses and contradictory statements are made", President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev said in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on August 5.
