"It is difficult to find a new recipe to solve the Karabakh problem," Russia's Permanent Representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said.
Moscow bureau of Report informs that he spoke at a press conference held at the Russian news agency Rossiya Segodnya.
"The solution to the Karabakh problem is 100% within the scope of the OSCE. However, I think we will move forward step by step. And we will reach the expected result," he said.
