Jordanian journalist calls for tougher punishment for use of mines

It is necessary to toughen penalties for the use of mines, which pose a great threat to civilians, Jordan-based journalist Fayez Raja Satea told Report, commenting on the mine contamination of the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

The journalist noted that upon arrival in Karabakh, he witnessed the destruction that occurred, among other things, due to the explosion of mines: "A person should live according to justice, and not wage wars. In general, mines are a very dangerous thing, they become a big obstacle to the movement of people."

At the same time, the Jordanian journalist noted that he witnessed the active restoration of infrastructure in Karabakh.

"A new life is returning to these parts," he concluded.
