International travelers observe mine clearance in Fuzuli district

International travelers watched Azerbaijani sappers detonate mines laid by Armenian armed forces in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, Report informs.

The travelers arrived in the village of Horadiz in the Fuzuli district as part of their visit to the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.

Specialists of the Azerbaijani Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) told the guests how civilian demining of the liberated territories is carried out, how many territories have already been cleared and how much work remains to be done.

The guests were also shown the detonation of previously discovered and defused anti-tank mines.

A delegation of 35 international travelers is visiting the liberated territories of Azerbaijan. Today they visited the Khudafarin Bridge in the Jabrayil district.

The trip was organized by the world-famous organization MTP (Most Traveled People). Travelers from 13 countries - the USA, the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Portugal, the Philippines, Poland, Hungary and others - are taking part in it.

Over the past 4 years, more than 360 international travelers from almost 50 countries have visited the liberated territories of Azerbaijan.
