ICRC vehicles freely use Khankandi-Lachin road

Today, conditions were created for the movement of 16 vehicles of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on the Khankandi-Lachin road passing through Shusha, Report informs.

This shows once again that there are no restrictions on the movement of humanitarian vehicles.
