A hotline for Armenians living in the Karabakh economic region will be created in the Azerbaijan Women's Rights Protection Society, said Dilara Afandiyeva, a representative of the Society, according to Report.
She noted that the decision was made due to the requests they received from Karabakh Armenians.
Afandiyeva also called on the Karabakh Armenians to not be afraid of the repressions of the remnants of bandits and to establish contact with the Azerbaijani side.
"Despite the riots of the Armenian separatists in Karabakh and the attempts of Ruben Vardanyan, the 'state minister' of the bandit regime in Karabakh, to put pressure on the residents and prevent their contact with the Azerbaijani human rights defenders, the number of calls has increased significantly compared to the previous days," she stressed.
Afandiyeva said that if Armenian citizens of Azerbaijan face humanitarian problems, the society is ready to promptly respond to their appeals and do their best to resolve them: "The telephone number of the hotline is +994 70 277 99 11. We guarantee complete confidentiality to those who contact us."
She also emphasized the need for dialogue between nations: "Only by communicating with each other can we understand and solve problems together. It will help speed up the integration processes and serve coexistence."
