Armenia's failure to comply with UN Security Council resolutions led to current situation: Leyla Abdullayeva

"Four UN Security Council resolutions call for the immediate withdrawal of troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, and they have not yet been implemented. Azerbaijan has raised this issue more than once. Failure to comply with these resolutions by Armenia today has led to such a situation. "

Report informs, head of the press service of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Leyla Abdullayeva, said.

According to her, the failure to comply with four UN Security Council resolutions reflects the double standards of international politics. "I will note that the UN Security Council resolutions remain in force until they are fulfilled, and we hope that, as in 1993, the UN Security Council will again call on Armenia to withdraw its troops from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. Justice has always been and will be on the side of Azerbaijan."
