I witnessed the destruction during my visit to Karabakh, a German traveller Jurgen Kuller told Report.
He emphasized that he saw destroyed and razed buildings along the road. Expressing his sadness at the scenes he saw, the traveller noted that the happy thing is the rapid continuation of restoration and reconstruction works in the liberated areas:
"I mostly travel to inaccessible areas where there are a lot of conflicts. For example, I have been to Iraq, North Korea, and other places. Indeed, Germany is also a historical country that was once a hotbed of war, but that happened long ago, and now everything is back to normal."
