Conditions have been created on the Khankandi-Lanchin road for the passage of four passenger cars belonging to Russian peacekeepers.
Report's correspondent informing from the scene said that the vehicles moving from Khankandi to Lachin passed unhindered through the road.
It is yet another proof that the road is open for humanitarian purposes despite the ongoing protest.
