A group of foreign journalists covering the summit of the Non-Aligned Movement Contact Group on Combating COVID-19 arrived in Fuzuli.
According to Report, during the trip, representatives of foreign media visited the Fuzuli International Airport, which was built in eight months and opened in October 2021.
Araz Imanov, Adviser to the President's Special Representative office in the Karabakh Economic Region (with the exception of the Shusha region), provided the guests with information about the airports built in Fuzuli and in Zangilan, noting that they are aimed at both civil and logistics transportation.
"These projects are part of the overall infrastructure development of Karabakh," Imanov added.
After that, foreign journalists will also get acquainted with the course of demining of territories in Fuzuli and visit the city center.

A group of foreign journalists who arrived in Azerbaijan to cover the Summit-level Meeting of Non-Aligned Movement Contact Group in response to COVID-19 left for Fuzuli after visiting the sites that were subjected to rocket attacks.
According to Report, more than 30 foreign journalists are taking part in the trip.
During the visit to Fuzuli, the media representatives will get acquainted with the process of demining the areas and visit the Fuzuli international airport launched in October 2021.
