Diplomats accredited in Azerbaijan have visited the recently commissioned Istisu mineral water plant in the Kalbajar district, where they observed the production process, Report informs.
The visit took place as part of the trip of the accredited diplomatic corps to the Kalbajar district. Representatives of the diplomatic corps were given detailed information about the work of the plant, its capacity and role in restoring the economic potential of the region.
The diplomats got acquainted with the full cycle of mineral water production, from the extraction and purification of natural sources to bottling and preparation for export. During the visit, it was emphasized that the Istisu plant plays an important role in the restoration of industry and the creation of new jobs in the Kalbajar district, and its products are already in demand both in the domestic market and abroad.
On September 2, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the Istisu mineral water plant in the Kalbajar district.
