Failed provocation on Khankandi-Lachin road

The uncoordinated passage along the Khankandi-Lachin road, organized by the Russian peacekeeping contingent to deliver citizens of Armenian nationality to Khankandi, which caused a delay at the site of the rally of Azerbaijani activists and deterioration in the well-being of several citizens, must be regarded solely as a provocation namely from the Russian peacekeeping contingent.

Report earlier informed that last night trucks of the Russian peacekeeping contingent transporting citizens of Armenian nationality to Khankandi arrived at the place of the rally without prior agreement.

There were 27 citizens traveling from Armenia in the trucks, among whom were not only women, elderly and children, but also men of military age. As a result of the delay to clarify the situation (negotiations were held right at the place of the rally of eco-activists for several hours), some passengers felt unwell.

Medical assistance was immediately organized for them, then an Azerbaijani ambulance took them to a clinic in Khankandi.

According to the written plot, two women got off the car and, surrounded by Russian servicemen, began to give interviews to a journalist who was “accidentally” traveling with them.

The goal is obvious - to provoke the Azerbaijani side to some actions, just to present it as if they do not let unfortunate women and children into their homes or visit relatives. Further, the videos of crying children and wailing women, filmed by a journalist who turned up right there with all the necessary equipment...

But it did not work out, the Azerbaijani side showed restraint and did not succumb to the provocation. However, this does not stop the Armenian side from spreading fake news, like statements that “there is information that the Azerbaijanis broke into one of the cars.”

The footage of the Azerbaijani ambulance, which delivered an Armenian woman to Khankandi, who felt unwell, had the opposite effect.
