The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses grave concern about the sharp escalation of the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, Russian Bureau of Report says, citing the Russian Foreign Ministry's statement.
"According to the information, military operations are underway. The sides use artillery. Dead and wounded are reported.
We offer our condolences to the families and friends of the victims.
