Azerbaijani leader rules out return to old situation in region

"The end of the Second Karabakh War does not mean that the region will return to its previous state," said President, victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with representatives of Jabrayil District, Report informs.

"It will never be the same. Everyone should know that," he said.
