Azerbaijani Army destroys three main points of Armenia in Khankendi

"Unlike Armenia, the Azerbaijani Army never targets civilians. If we look at Khankendi and other cities, we see that the Armenian army sets up firing points and military facilities where people live, and from there, they target Azerbaijan. It is the style used by terrorists," Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, said in an interview with Al Jazeera.

Hajiyev noted that the Armenian army had three main positions in Khankendi: "Missiles were launched at Azerbaijani cities from there. The Azerbaijani army destroyed those military points. There may be civilian casualties there, but it was not done on purpose. Unlike Armenia, Azerbaijan does not deliberately target Armenian people."
