Armenian Security Council chief says Yerevan, Baku achieved progress on some issues

Armenia and Azerbaijan have achieved progress on some issues though not basic ones. The planned meeting of the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan in Moscow will become the continuation of talks held in the United States, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan told journalists, Report informs via Sputnik Armenia.

"All issues related to the peace treaty are a continuation of each other, because the issues under discussion are known," he said.

He reminded that the high-level meeting is planned in Brussels and then in Chisinau. President Emmanuel Macron and Olaf Scholz will also participate.

"There is a famous principle in negotiations - nothing is agreed until everything is agreed. I think these talks should be approached from this point of view. It is necessary to note once again that negotiations are ongoing. We will try to work towards the maximal rapprochement of approaches and move forward," Grigoryan said.
