Middle corridor nations intend to digitize their ports - EXCLUSIVE

The Belgian company Camco Technology is in early discussions with Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan to automate container operations in ports, Werner Peeters, a company representative told Report.

Peeters also mentioned that they are considering implementing Camco Technology solutions at Azerbaijan’s Hovsan port: “We plan to visit this port tomorrow. Digitizing terminals is essential for the future.”

He added that contracts with Middle Corridor countries could be signed next year: “We are actively participating in exhibitions and events to promote our solutions, which are not yet implemented in the region.”

The official highlighted that the company’s software significantly simplifies container transportation processes for all participants.
