Baku. 13 July. REPORT.AZ/ International Boxing Association (AIBA) has ended cooperation with all judges working at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Summer Olympic Games.
Report informs citing the TASS, the association has refused 36 judges participating in the last Olympiad. One of them is Rovshan Huseynov, who represented Azerbaijan. It is unknown, how long they will not conduct the games.
Notably, AIBA was dissatisfied with the referees at Rio 2016. After that, Karim Buzidi, who was responsible for appointments, was dismissed from his post.
