Azerbaijan, Georgia to hold joint judo competitions

President of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) Rashad Nabiyev has received Vice President of the Georgian Judo Federation (GJF) David Kevkhishvili, Report informs.

During the meeting, the two countries' members mulled the cooperation issues in judo and reached an agreement on the organization of joint training camps of national teams of different age groups and international and regional competitions.

Nabiyev was appointed chairman of the New Technologies and High-Performance Commission established by the International Judo Federation last month, and Kevkhishvili was appointed director. During the meeting, the organization of the commission's activities was discussed, and the next steps in this direction were identified.
