A resident of Ergi settlement of the Aghdam region, Ilgar Ismayilov (2006), discovered material and cultural samples while working on the farm, Karabakh Center of Report says.
Thus, antiques, especially jug fragments, were found in the area. However, there is no information about the period to which they belong.
Ilgar Ismayilov, who is currently studying in the 8th grade, wants archaeologists to visit the area. He believes that if archeological excavations are carried out in the area, it is possible to learn detailed information about the settlement's history.
Notably, Ismayilov aims to hand over the found antiquities to the Aghdam region History and Ethnography Museum.
