Kazakhstan's Ministry of Transport and Communications has confirmed that the 'black boxes' from the AZAL passenger aircraft, which was operating the Baku-Grozny flight and crashed near Aktau, have been delivered to Kazakhstan, Report informs via the ministry's press service.
"The decoded data from the flight recorders, delivered to Kazakhstan from Brazil, is also being studied by the investigation commission specialists," the ministry said.
They added that after a detailed examination of all materials and facts, the commission will publish a preliminary report on the investigation progress.
