Kamran Aliyev urges Armenians who committed crimes to surrender voluntarily

The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev addressed the Armenians who are on the international wanted list for committing crimes, Report informs.

The Azerbaijani prosecutor general urged them to surrender voluntarily.

He noted that four wanted persons had already been detained.
