French citizen painting metro trains in Baku pardoned

Clerc Theo Hugo, a French citizen who painted metro trains in Baku, has been pardoned.

Report says that the pardon decree signed by President Ilham Aliyev today also applies to him.

Clerc Theo Hugo was sentenced to three years in prison by the Narimanov District Court in 2024.
