The fire that erupted in a mountainous area with a difficult terrain near the village of Gariblar, Masalli region, has been localized, head of the Masalli Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Gabil Nehmatov told Report.
He noted that the spread of the fire to a wider area was prevented: "At present, out of 8204 hectares of the forest belt, 5.5 hectares have burned out. The fire area has been taken under full control."
