A court ruled against Gultakin Muradova, accused of abducting a 2-year-old kid in Baku.
Report informs that under a decision of the Sabunchi District Court, she was taken under custody for a period of 3 months.
The incident took place on December 29, 2021, in Sabunchi settlement.
Mahammad Elgun oglu Shikhaliyev, 2, was abducted from the settlement. On January 8, as a result of intensive operational-search activities carried out by officers of the Sabunchu District Police Department and the 12th Police Department, the child was found.
Gultakin Muradova and the woman's male partner, a resident of Agdam District, Shamil Aliyev, were detained on suspicion of kidnapping the kid.
Later, the father of the kid, Elgun Nasirov, was also involved in the investigation.
