Azerbaijani Prosecutor-General Kamran Aliyev has appointed Rahim Safaraliyev as the prosecutor of Xizi District; Fuad Mammadov as the prosecutor of Baku’s Binagadi district, and Kamal Talibov as the prosecutor of Shirvan city, Report has learned from the Prosecutor-General’s Office.
