Russian Commissioner for Human Rights visits Memorial to Khojaly victims - PHOTO

Baku. 29 December. REPORT.AZ/ Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudswoman) of the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova visited the Memorial to Khojaly victims in Baku.

Report informs, T. Moskalkova laid flowers and a wreath at the memorial.

She was accompanied by the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan (Ombudswoman) Elmira Suleymanova.
