Azerbaijani FM: Armenia must amend constitution for lasting peace in South Caucasus

During the 3+3 regional consultative format meeting in Istanbul, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized that Armenia must make necessary amendments to its Constitution to achieve sustainable peace in the South Caucasus region.

According to Report, Bayramov shared Azerbaijan's vision for transforming common challenges into opportunities for cooperation across various domains, including security, economy, trade, energy, transport, communication, and environmental protection.

The minister stressed that to attain lasting peace in the South Caucasus, Armenia must revise its Constitution and "eliminate the remnants of narratives and structures of the former conflict."
