Supply exceeds demand by 40% at today's deposit auction

Baku. 26 December. REPORT.AZ/ Today, the Central Bankof Azerbaijan (CBA) has held a regular deposit auction.

Report informs referring to the CBA, the banks were offered 50 mln. AZN, but the demand was 30 mln. AZN (60%).

The weighted average interest rate on deposit transactions at the auction amounted to 14.10% per annum.
