MENR warns about extremely hot weather in country

Baku. 3 July. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources (MENR) has warned about anomalous hot weather in Azerbaijan.

Report was told in the ministry, anomalous hot weather will continue in the country today.

“It is risky to stay in the open air for long hours from 11:00 till 17:00. It is recommended to use possible means to avoid sun rays in the daytime”, - ministry said.

Anomalous hot weather will continue till July 4. Maximum air temperature will be 39-41 C in Baku and Absheron peninsula, 40-44 in some places of Central Aran and Nakhchivan AR and 27-32 degrees in mountainous regions.
