Report informs, ‘PwC Azerbaijan’ Director on Tax Issues Arif Guliyev said, commenting on proposals by Ministry of Taxes to the government, in conformity with order of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, dated August 4.
According to him, we can approach the information on toughening administrative measures from different points of view: “There are some gossips that these proposals are simply to imitate execution of presidential order. But we can approach measures for toughening administrative control from different points of view. If they aim to prevent tax evasion, it is quite positive. But if they will obstruct development of entrepreneurship, they are negative measures”.
