Tunisia sharply increases date exports to Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan imported 515.89 tons of dates (fresh or dried) worth $793,630 in January 2022, up 40.7% and 34.8% from the previous year, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.
The country imported 354.24 tons of dates worth $391,360 from Iran, 131.52 tons worth $240,510 from Tunisia, 20.43 tons worth $137,580 from Palestine, 9 tons worth $18,600 from China, 680 kg worth $5,460 from Israel, and 10 kg worth $120 from Germany.
