Jankauskas says EU to continue to apply its best practices in Azerbaijan

Europe would like the EU-funded project on regional and rural development in Azerbaijan - the 'Our Village' campaign - to embrace the whole of Azerbaijan, head of the EU mission in Azerbaijan, Ambassador Kestutis Jankauskas said.
Report informs that, according to Jankauskas, the activity of the mission he represents in Azerbaijan will also cover education.
He noted that the application of the best European practices would continue in Azerbaijan. Jankauskas voiced hope that Azerbaijan will join this work and initiatives globally, adding that the EU will continue its activities in many directions, including green economy, renewable energy sources, waste recycling, digital transformation, the 'Smart Village' and 'Smart City.'
