FAO to provide technical support to Republican Artificial Insemination Center

UNFAO will provide technical assistance to the Republican Artificial Insemination Center, Ministry of Agriculture official  Esmira Latifova told Report.

According to her, the list of equipment for artificial insemination technician has been prepared and submitted to FAO: "FAO will hold a tender to purchase that equipment soon. After this, we’ll start to train artificial insemination specialists."

Latifova noted that it’s planned to train 150 artificial insemination specialists, improve skills of 150 old specialists and train 50 specialists on embryo transfer.
